Who pays for installation?+
We do. Setup is included whether you buy or rent a station.
Who handles customer support for the rentals?+
WhattUp does. Customers rent and pay through the WhattUp app — you don't deal with the transactions.
What if a powerbank breaks or goes missing?+
Covered by us. The rental terms make customers responsible for returning powerbanks; we handle losses and replacements.
How are payouts made?+
Once a month, we send a clear breakdown of rentals at your station and pay out your 60% share by bank transfer.
Can I cancel if it doesn't work for my shop?+
Yes. Rental contracts can be cancelled with one month's notice. Purchased stations are yours to keep.
